My pool was complete from digging to final concrete pour in 2 weeks - it would have been faster if the weather (rain and cold) had held off. The crew is courteous and neat and work until the job is done. When you are looking for a pool install quote remember that these guys do it all -- electrical, plumbing, concrete...etc. I'd do it all over again...

Subj: "CAPRI" POOL INSTALLATION

1. It is with extreme pleasure that I write this letter of thanks  to you and your company for a job well done. Our "Capri"       model was recently completed, and we simply can't wait to         jump in and enjoy it! Unfortunately, we'll have to wait a few       months for it to get warmer...

2. I came to you on the recommendation of a trusted friend - a   friend who happened to have had the same model pool installed    as the one we chose. He had nothing but high praise for the       end-to-end process, as well as the finished product. Now that    our own installation is complete, I can see why he felt that         way:

a. Dealing with Beach Town: An incredibly positive experience. From contract signing to pool completion, every communique         between us was straightforward and brokered in honest            fashion. In short, you guys were straight shooters: you did
what you said you were going to do, when you said you were        going to do it, and at the price you quoted. There were no         surprises.

b. Quality of work: As a naval aviator, I consider myself a        pretty detail-oriented guy. I am also a very hands on              guy, very much used to performing physical tasks. I                appreciate good quality work, and that is all I saw out of          your crew. Not just close, but PERFECT leveling of the pool.       Not just 'O.K.',but BEAUTIFUL pouring, leveling, and              shaping of the concrete. clean wire and plumbing runs.
Professional-looking electrical hook-ups. Needless to say,          like the friend who recommended me, my expectations for          quality were met or exceeded every step of the way.

c. Product: I feel that the pool shell itself is state-of-the-       art. So too for the saltbased chlorination system,                   computerized control box, D.E. filter, quiet-running 
pump, and high-capacity heater. I've had the displeasure          of operating older generation pools, and get the distinct            impression that I'll be spending a whole lot more time              swimming in this one rather than maintaining it!

d. Extras: As can be expected in any major construction           project, several minor situations developed. Your handling          of each one of these temporary setbacks at no extra             charge, left me feeling as though I'd certainly gotten my          money's worth.  For example, you spent an entire extra            day excavating the hole due to the discovery of three huge        subterranean Pine Tree stumps. ln my view, you had every right to charge me extra4 but you didn't. You also went the extra mile to do additional grading that I felt was above and beyond that stated in the contract. I just want you to know that those acts did not go unnoticed, and that I deeply appreciate it.

3. Would I do it again? In a heartbeat! Scott, Bruce, Earle: it    was a pleasure dealing with you and your company. Please          pass our best to your crew. Dave, Tim, Leo, 'Was', Jimmie,      and Jason are top-notch, in my humble opinion.
